We are specialised in coaching and training experienced airline pilots, pilot students and aspiring pilots to (re)acquire their place in the cockpit.
We have 16 years of experience in coaching and training of aviators and have an overall success rate of 80% and a client satisfaction score of 9,5. Our team consists of 16 highly skilled and experienced captains and instructors (TRI/TRE).
We provide:
- Application Coaching: preparing admin/plan, letter, Curriculum Vitae, biography, pitch, SWOT (€795* 1-day program or €295* / month)
- Selection Coaching: practise psychological tests, interview, individual & group assessment, (€795* 1-day program or €295* / month)
- Personal Coaching: help with life events, burnout, training issues, losing job, career change, etc. (€150* / hour)
- Command Coaching: coaching on leadership, attitude, decision making, knowledge, scenario's. (€395* / month)
- Simulator training & checks: Typeratings, Recency training, Proficiency checks, ZFTT, UPRT. (price depending program)
- Grading training: basic aircraft handling, SOP's, emergency handling, CRM, (price depending on program and simulator)

We have detailed information of most airline selections and flight school selections. All coaching can be done Face-to-Face in the Netherlands (Amsterdam, Hoofddorp or Hilversum) or if you are living abroad we can have contact via an online video connection.
We can arrange professional full motion simulator: A320 (NEO), A330, ATR42/72, B737 classic, NG, Max, B747, B787, B777, CRJ, E190, E195-E2.
and professional static B737NG & A320 (FTD/FNPT2) with instructor at CAE (Amsterdam & Brussels) and at KLM (Schiphol).
